Director, Cash Management

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day cash management ops: reconciliation, posting, and unapplied payments.
• Develop and optimize cash management policies, workflows, and procedures.
• Monitor reconciliations and outstanding payments; create action plans to reduce unposted cash.
• Analyze denial and payment data; perform root-cause analysis; drive remediation strategies.
• Set and achieve departmental metrics and enterprise benchmarks for productivity and quality.
• Lead relationships with global service delivery centers; manage productivity targets and issue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent
• 7+ years of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare/health insurance.
• 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with global service delivery center reconciliation and payment posting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, cash reconciliation, and unapplied cash
• Ability to analyze healthcare and denial data; identify trends; implement remediation strategies.
