🎯 Requirements

10-15+ years in change management or enterprise transformation.
Experience with ERP, M&A, operating model redesign, digital transforms.
Influence senior leaders without formal authority.
Build and scale change capabilities and centers of excellence.
Expertise in Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey models.
Strong PM discipline; PMP a plus; experience in global matrixes.
