📋 Description

• Own data foundation for client-facing initiatives: reporting, analytics, performance measurement.
• Transform healthcare data into reliable insights for renewals, reviews, and growth.
• Ensure external narratives are backed by accurate, scalable data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in quantitative/technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in data science/analytics/BI with client-facing reporting.
• 4+ years leading teams or analytical functions.
• Healthcare analytics/health tech experience with complex reporting.
• Experience with RFP processes and SLA frameworks.
• Strong SQL; proficient Python; production dbt experience; semantic modeling.
