Run governance cadences to keep work aligned and unblocked
In-office point of contact for clients; strategic partner, not just delivery lead
Partner with Business Innovation to grow client relationships
Lead, mentor, and develop the project managers and producers

🎯 Requirements

9–12+ years PM/PMO experience in agency/consulting
Manage large, multi-workstream engagements
Act as the “glue” across teams; resolve ambiguity
Strong relationship building and executive presence
Agile/Scrum experience
Agency experience required
