• Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support major accounts and client pursuits with market intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Florida marketing leadership and 10+ years in insurance.
• Active 2-20 insurance license required.
• College degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of insurance placement, markets, underwriting, and client solutions.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with ability to turn data into actions.
