📋 Description

• Lead a team of Client Success professionals in delivering strategic objectives.
• Own regional services revenue and gross profit targets.
• Develop and execute client contract strategies across regional accounts.
• Build relationships with strategic clients and align technology and services.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure value-driven engagements.
• Monitor service delivery issues and protect relationships and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Experience in managed services or IT services environment.
• Senior-management experience across sales, service, consulting, or client success.
• Strong client engagements and commercial acumen.
• Understanding of ITIL practices preferred; ITIL cert or knowledge helpful.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into strategies.
