📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing CNA team for EMEA Enterprise.
  • Build a repeatable operating system to improve deal quality and predictability.
  • Drive ARR/NRR growth in partnership with Theater Sales, Product, and regional teams.
  • Define roles and ownership across accounts to enable scalable coverage.
  • Provide Sales Process Oversight and guidance to CNAs to improve opportunities.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-cadence team culture focused on outcomes.
  • Scale impact via disciplined cadence, clear ownership, and domain alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise tech sales or pre-sales.
  • Pre-sales experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of multi‑tier client/server and web architectures.
  • Strong storage know-how (FC, NAS) with Linux/NFS.
  • Kubernetes, containers, and microservices experience.
  • Cloud familiarity: AWS, Azure, GCP (bonus).
  • BS in CS/EE or equivalent; strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
