📋 Description

• Build and manage a portfolio of university partnerships in the Western portfolio (CA, CO
• Identify, cultivate, and formalize MOUs with national/regional universities, HBCUs, and HSIs
• Negotiate agreements and align partnerships with data-informed student opportunities and outcomes
• Collaborate with national College Advancement and regional KIPP Forward teams for integrated
• Share best practices with other Directors to improve cross-team performance
• Contribute to College Partnerships strategy, criteria, and accountability structures

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and managing a portfolio of partnerships (colleges/universities or charter
• 2+ years designing/maintaining MOUs or institutional agreements
• Experience using data to identify trends and drive outcomes
• Strong track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals
• Cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree required
