📋 Description

• Oversee contract review and lifecycle with AI-driven improvements.
• Lead drafting, negotiation, execution, and termination of contracts.
• Manage high-volume reviews ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Lead vendor contract management, terms, performance, and disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar membership in good standing; licensed to practice.
• 10+ years in-house or law firm experience.
• 10+ years drafting/reviewing commercial contracts (vendor, service, NDA, licensing).
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools for legal work.
• Experience evaluating/implementing legal AI or CLM platforms.
