Director, Compounding Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end compounding ops across sites for consistency and efficiency.
• Serve as SME for USP 795, 797, 800; maintain inspection readiness.
• Standardize workflows, batch records, documentation, training.
• Enforce batch record review across technicians, pharmacists, QA.
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPA with Quality team.
• Partner with Pharmacists-in-Charge and site leaders to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in pharmacy compounding ops (sterile & nonsterile).
• Advanced knowledge of USP 795/797/800; audit experience.
• At least 2 years leadership managing pharmacists/technicians.
• Deep expertise in sterile and nonsterile settings, workflows and controls.
• Experience partnering with Quality & Compliance in regulated healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
