• Lead the HGLG team and collaborate with Drug Discovery partners.
• Define and implement cutting-edge computational methods for hit/lead discovery.
• Mentor early/mid-career scientists and influence cross-functional teams.

• Present updates to leaders and external partners; maintain literature presence.
