Director, Contracts, Procurement and Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead legal review, drafting, negotiation and management of procurement contracts
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks and negotiation guidelines
• Negotiate SaaS subscriptions, professional services agreements, licensing, SOWs and MSAs
• Handle agreements for select major clients and strategic partnerships
• Advise on data privacy, security and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, other regs)
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments and close-out

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years as a contracts professional with procurement focus
• 3+ years supporting Partnership and Procurement Reviews
• Strong interest in transactional law and cybersecurity
• In-house and remote work experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder relationships
• Organizational, analytical skills and professional judgment
