• Lead strategic planning and enterprise-wide Corporate Affairs initiatives across regions and
• Scale an enterprise analytics framework with measurable outcomes and governance.
• Coordinate milestones and cross-functional planning for timely decision-making.
• Drive AI roadmap execution and AI-enabled decision support
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, tools, prompts, and best practices with adoption monitoring.
• Translate qualitative/quantitative data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Corporate Affairs, Communications, or related life sciences field
• Experience in global/multi-regional, matrixed environments
• Proven enterprise transformation with AI, analytics, or emerging tech
• Ability to evaluate AI technologies and translate into scalable tools and governance
• Experience driving change management and cross-functional collaboration
• Designing/measuring frameworks and operating models for strategic programs
