🎯 Requirements

15+ years in medical device focused Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Buy
10+ years leading deal teams for M&A models and diligence.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Medical device industry experience and valuation expertise.
Ability to present and defend analyses diplomatically.
Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA 3 days/week; periodic travel required.
