Director, CRM Product Lead

📋 Description

• Own CRM product vision, strategy, and roadmap for US commercial org
• Lead Product Owners; ensure CRM platform meets biz needs
• Drive NextGen CRM program with scalable requirements
• Maintain agile processes: docs, decisions, sprints, and releases
• Promote data-informed, customer-centric CRM decisions
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership on CRM foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in leadership/analytics/marketing
• 3-5 years in field or functional leadership or consulting
• Experience with AI-enabled CRM, analytics, digital engagement
• Deep CRM knowledge, Salesforce or Veeva preferred
• Proven leadership in complex matrix environments
• Strong risk management and governance experience
