  • Lead and develop the Customer Success team to focus on business outcomes.

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support account growth.
  • Establish customer success metrics, reporting, and processes to scale the business.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years in Customer Success or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years leading high-performing customer-facing teams.
  • Proven track record in retention, renewal performance, and expansion growth in enterprise software.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, data management, governance, privacy, or cloud.
  • Ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders on complex technology initiatives.
