📋 Description

• Lead architecture for large Azure programs across apps, platforms, and data.
• Define modernization roadmaps; set architecture standards and reusable models.
• Translate business strategy into cloud roadmaps; drive measurable outcomes.
• Promote modular design, CI/CD, and observability across teams.
• Mentor Senior/Delivery Architects; foster inclusive engineering culture.
• Oversee cross-team discovery; align designs with program goals and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years delivering enterprise-scale solutions in apps, cloud, DevOps, or data/analytics.
• 7+ years in solution architecture and leading multi-team delivery at program scale.
• 10+ years in data platforms, data engineering, or consulting.
• Deep expertise with Databricks, Spark optimization, Delta Lake, and workload design.
• Strong understanding of Azure-native data services and cloud architecture.
