📋 Description

• Lead data-driven leadership and coaching across middle schools
• Drive data analysis, progress monitoring, and data-informed instructional decisions
• Align strategies with STAAR, algebra readiness and high school readiness goals
• Collaborate with regional and school leaders on best practices to accelerate student achievement
• Develop annual goals, milestones, and success metrics across the organization
• Communicate data insights to teachers, families, and staff to build ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into action
• Strategic thinker with prioritization and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of influencing without authority
• Experience building data-driven instruction and accountability systems
• Commitment to educational equity and student achievement
