Translate data insights into actionable instructional adjustments and accountability mechanisms
Collaborate to align state accountability, academic priorities, and STAAR-related goals
Develop systems to monitor leading and lagging indicators across regions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret trends and root causes
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities
Project management, prioritization, and collaborative leadership
Commitment to educational equity and student achievement
