📋 Description

• Lead the Product Algorithms portfolio across Growth, Styling, and Fix & Freestyle, driving
• Define vision and roadmaps for applying data science, ML, AI, experimentation, and product
• Drive innovation by scaling AI/ML, personalization, and experimentation techniques while balancing
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness through planning, prioritization, experimentation
• Build and develop a high-performing organization of managers and senior ICs, with executive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Statistics/Engineering/Math or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in data science, ML, experimentation, product analytics, AI, or algorithmic product
• Proven track record delivering production ML/AI/personalization/experimentation capabilities with
• Strong fluency in modern ML, generative AI/LLMs, experimentation, product analytics, and production
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, problem solving, and leadership
