🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading DS/ML teams in production environments.
Hands-on expert in modern generative AI, LLM architecture, and production deployment at scale.
Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow); experience with MLOps/LLMOps in cloud.
Strategic communicator with ability to secure executive buy-in across functions and geographies.
Fluent in English. Prior experience leading GenAI systems mandatory.
