📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for a unified Developer Platform.
• Own the developer experience end to end, from local to production.
• Modernize CI/CD and standardized, scalable delivery pipelines with GitOps.
• Establish scalable testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance).
• Lead AI-powered tooling adoption and responsible-use practices.
• Develop self-service platform capabilities to accelerate engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with platform/DevOps leadership.
• 5+ years managing managers in large organizations.
• Proven platform strategy execution for hundreds of engineers.
• Deep CI/CD, developer experience, and productivity expertise.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering transformations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
