📋 Description

• Lead Motive's internal developer ecosystem end to end: developer experience, infrastructure
• Own AI-DLC tooling, cloud agent infrastructure, evaluation, and governance for agentic development
• Build cloud-based, multi-region, agentic development environments with secure, cost-aware design.
• Guide a builder's leadership role: inherit real systems, manage real teams, and ship faster with

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with 6+ years leading engineering teams, including 2+ years as a
• Strong developer background with production systems experience and credibility among engineers.
• Deep DevOps/infrastructure depth: CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and observability.
• Experience building or operating cloud-based development environments for large-scale use.
• Exposure to AI developer tooling and evaluating LLM-based coding workflows.
• Empathy for developers and ability to drive platform adoption across time zones.
