📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of approx 35 corporate donors; raise $3M+ annually.
• Conduct donor meetings with Board members and executives.
• Research, identify, and solicit new corporate donors; build a revenue pipeline.
• Develop customized partnership proposals and presentations articulating value.
• Lead renewal strategy for existing accounts; seek opportunities to expand scope.
• Initiate collaboration with campaign teams to deliver impact for partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fundraising, sponsorship, or partnerships.
• Proven track record securing multi-year six- to eight-figure partnerships.
• Familiarity with advertising/marketing, CSR, or related sectors.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships across stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent communication and persuasion; influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management; detail-oriented and outcomes-driven.
