🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital strategy or management consulting; Sr Director consider 12+ years.
• Proven enterprise digital transformation experience with roadmaps and execution.
• Experience designing target operating models and governance for AI adoption.
• Strong financial acumen; tie transformation to business value.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Will to travel 30–50% for client work and business development.
