Director, Email Deliverability

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end email deliverability strategy and sending models
• Design and manage IP/domain warming for scale and reputation
• Establish authentication standards: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI
• Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement; drive rapid remediation
• Align practices with Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft requirements
• Lead onboarding and remediation for customers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in email deliverability, ideally in ESP/CDP/high-volume env
• Deep SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI, warming, reputation expertise
• Hands-on troubleshooting for blocklists, spam, inbox placement
• Strong knowledge Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, bulk-sender rules
• Relationships with mailbox providers or active in deliverability communities preferred
• Excellent consulting/communication; translate tech for non-technical teams
