Director, Email Deliverability

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, infrastructure, and sender reputation to maximize inbox delivery for Postscript
• Build and lead email deliverability from the ground up: IP/domain architecture, authentication
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape deliverability tooling and platform
• Partner with Customer Success to keep customer programs healthy and scalable.
• Define and implement end-to-end deliverability programs for brands migrating to Postscript.
• Lead a growing team of deliverability specialists as the function matures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in email deliverability, preferably with high-volume senders or ESP/CDP platforms.
• Deep technical command of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI; IP/domain warming; sender reputation; feedback
• Experience diagnosing inbox-placement issues and remediating blocklists.
• Fluency with Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and 2024+ bulk-sender requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical detail into actionable guidance for marketers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced
