📋 Description

• Oversee delivery of large-scale energy efficiency programs
• Ensure goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets are met
• Lead multi-program portfolio and drive growth in Midwest
• Collaborate with Information Systems on software for program delivery
• Monitor revenue and manage program performance metrics
• Lead a regional organization of PMs and senior staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Energy/Public Policy/Engineering/Environmental Science
• Twelve+ years progressive experience; 5+ years people leadership
• 5+ years leading energy efficiency program delivery in utility or funded environments
• Proven client management, negotiations, and performance discussions
• Strong ability to translate client needs into operational execution
• Executive leadership presence and experience with cross-functional teams
