🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering management experience
• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Experience managing managers and multiple teams
• Strong collaboration with customers, senior management, and business leaders
• Expertise in agile software development and management
• Experience with cloud-based data architectures (AWS preferred) and DevOps/DevSecOps
