• Strategic leader for engineering effectiveness, efficiency, and execution maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership or related experience.
• Led large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex tech orgs.
• Experience establishing operating models, governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and engineering metrics (A&D industry).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
