Director, Engineering - Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead the Infrastructure organization, overseeing SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams.
• Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure for reliability and
• Drive roadmaps, improve delivery, and reduce operational risk.
• Represent the Infrastructure org with execs and customers as a trusted technical leader.
• Remain technically engaged by reviewing architecture and providing guidance.
• Contribute technically when appropriate while focusing on leadership and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps teams.
• Experience managing senior and staff engineers; ability to foster top technical leaders.
• Strong background building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Balance strategic leadership with technical credibility; participate in architectural reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, leadership, and customers.
