Lead enterprise sales for Malaysia and Indonesia in the SEA region
Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed quarterly/annual targets
Develop and execute revenue plans and growth tactics with strategic accounts
Build executive relationships with customers/partners and coordinate cross-functional teams
Translate technical product value to business outcomes for CSuite and key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Bahasa-speaking due to coverage of Indonesia and Malaysia market
Minimum 10+ years as a senior executive at a leading software company
5+ years high-growth Data & AI leadership with sales leadership experience
Experience selling to Enterprise customers in SEA (preferably Indonesia and Malaysia)
Strong knowledge of Data/AI landscape and hyperscalers
Ability to translate technical product into business value; experience with big data, open source
