Director, Enterprise CE Presales Architect

📋 Description

• Lead CE/CX pursuit strategy for enterprise opportunities from qualification through handoff.
• Facilitate executive discovery to understand business vision and success metrics.
• Develop solution narratives across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Copilot, analytics
• Create storyboards, demo strategies, proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations for complex
• Own or coordinate ROM estimates, timelines, staffing, margins, and risk assessments.
• Provide strategic oversight of large deals and ensure disciplined scope and delivery approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years delivering or shaping enterprise CRM/CX transformations with Dynamics 365 CE, Power
• Successful leadership of complex presales pursuits, discovery workshops, and sales-to-delivery
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem fluency; Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, or related certifications
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, professional services, or related
• Ability to influence large pursuits and translate challenges into phased roadmaps and delivery
• Strong commercial judgment on delivery feasibility, margins, scope, risk, and financial quality.
