📋 Description

• Transformational Platform Consultant shaping enterprise-scale transformation visions
• Co-design North Star operating model with Pursuit Leads and executives
• Own technical value narrative across platform architecture, including workflow, AI governance, and
• Lead discovery workshops and maintain executive momentum over 9–18 month journeys
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and sales to translate customer pain into architectural

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles
• Proven in long-cycle deals with C-level engagement
• Experience designing end-to-end transformation strategies
• Deep knowledge of enterprise workflow platforms and ITSM concepts
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, GRC, CMDB, Intelligence)
• Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills
