Director, ERP

📋 Description

• Own the JDE portfolio across fulfillment and financials/AP and lead the ERP team.
• Drive end-to-end JDE delivery with ROI-based planning and metrics.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Fulfillment leadership to align on roadmap.
• Manage vendor ecosystem and MSPs with clear SOWs and governance.
• Lead modernization: OCI cloud migration, AI/automation, and integrations.
• Maintain governance, change control, and security (PCI/SOC 2).

🎯 Requirements

• 16+ years ERP experience; deep JDE EnterpriseOne expertise (10+ years).
• 5+ years in Director/Manager level leadership with delivery discipline.
• Proven ERP transformation leadership with measurable business impact.
• Strong JDE domain across fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, financials/AP.
• Vendor-management experience with JDE partners and MSPs.
• AI-forward, integration-savvy; familiar with Orchestrator/AIS tooling.
