• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in field leadership, marketing, and analytics.
• 3–5 years in field/functional leadership or business management/consulting.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, BI tools, and digital customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead across a complex matrix organization and drive change.
