📋 Description

• Lead Finance Platform across accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and AP.
• Translate finance strategy into robust operational delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal for governance and controls.
• Drive cross-functional enablement through finance operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior finance leadership with multi-entity scale or public company experience.
• Proven IFRS consolidations; knowledge of IFRS 15 and German GAAP (HGB).
• Experience with SAP and cross-ERP environments; strong internal controls.
• Experience automating finance processes and AI-enabled tooling.
• Fluent German and English; ability to collaborate across international teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional alignment.
