• Finance leadership, end-to-end ownership
• Oversee four-person team and elevate function
• Direct reporting to CFO and Leadership Team
• Beyond-Budgeting driven planning and forecasting
• Investors'/Board reporting and compliance in EU markets

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English required
• Deep HGB knowledge and external audit experience
• Hands-on with modern finance ERPs (NetSuite, Business Central or similar)
• Proven Controlling: forecasts, unit FP&A, management reporting
• Leadership experience, able to stand up to founders, auditors, investors
