Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the analytical engine behind OneSpan’s software revenue (75% of revenue).
• Track and report software bookings, New ACV and Renewal ACV budgeting/forecasting.
• Manage ARR roll-forward and drivers behind retention and churn.
• Maintain long-range planning model and scenario analyses.
• Approve quote pricing for software transactions; escalate complex structures.
• Prepare recurring reporting: monthly/quarterly forecasts, reforecasts, board dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience; prior people management.
• Revenue-side FP&A or strategic finance with SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, NRR).
• Advanced financial modeling; can inherit/rebuild/extend models.
• Work with unstructured data, reconcile sources, derive drivers.
• Strong slide crafting for board materials; clear narrative.
• Advanced Excel with Power Query; Python familiarity is a plus.
