🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Engineering; 7–10 years FP&A with hardware/software focus.
Deep COGS, BOM analysis, cost variance tracking, and SaaS/connected device metrics.
Experience with hardware product lifecycles, capitalization policy, sprint-to-budget alignment.
Advanced Excel, Power Query; GAAP/IFRS knowledge; executive communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
