Act as primary financial advisor to Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain leaders and executives
Oversee financial analysis, deal structuring for supplier contracts and partnerships
Lead Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Planning processes
Manage monthly variance analyses and budget management
Identify automation and dashboard improvements to scale finance
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive insights

🎯 Requirements

MBA/MA and BA/BS, CPA a plus
15+ years business experience, 10+ in Hardware FP&A
Strong financial modeling and financial statements knowledge
Experience forecasting in forecasting systems
Strategic thinker with multi-year perspective
Excellent communication and senior-level partnering skills

Base salary range $285,000 – $352,000 USD
