Director - Fundraising & Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead fundraising across corporate CSR, foundations, philanthropic networks, and HNIs.
• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan for India and expand in South/Southeast Asia.
• Build and manage a pipeline of CSR prospects to support a ₹5 crore annual target.
• Research CSR priorities, spending cycles, budgets, and co-funding opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships with CSR leaders and other funders; act as primary relationship
• Develop institutional partnerships and compelling, data-driven proposals and materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive fundraising experience in India, including 5+ years in corporate CSR
• Bachelor’s degree in business, development studies, nonprofit management, marketing, or related
• Proven success raising ₹5 crore+ annually from CSR/institutional funders.
• Experience managing 10+ CSR partnerships concurrently with strong donor engagement.
• Deep knowledge of India’s CSR ecosystem and regulatory requirements (CSR-1, CSR laws).
• Experience engaging HNIs/UHNIs, family offices, foundations, and philanthropic networks.
