📋 Description

• Lead fundraising across CSR programs, foundations, and HNIs to expand partnerships in India and
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline targeting ₹5 crore annual fundraising goals.
• Drive proposals, impact stories, and donor communications to secure funding.
• Ensure compliance with Indian CSR regulations and Companies Act requirements.
• Collaborate with program, impact, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver donor-ready materials.
• Oversee CRM records, dashboards, and fundraising analytics for performance insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in fundraising in India, with ≥5 years in corporate CSR fundraising.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, development studies, nonprofit management, marketing, or related
• Track record of raising ₹5 crore+ annually from CSR/institutional funders.
• Experience managing 10+ CSR partnerships concurrently with strong donor engagement.
• Deep knowledge of India CSR landscape, CSR-1, and compliance.
• Excellent proposal writing, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
