Director Global Category Management - Mechanical

📋 Description

• Lead procurement of Mechanical Cooling Equipment for data center projects
• Manage full procurement lifecycle from acquisition to operations
• Develop category strategies aligned with objectives
• Oversee RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RQF) from initiation to award
• Drive supplier onboarding, performance, and risk mitigation
• Ensure sustainability and social responsibility in the supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in Mechanical Equipment supply chain, with 3-5 years in data center infrastructure
• Deep understanding of data center systems, OEMs and integrators
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of supply chain tools, data analytics, and BI tools
• Excellent project, contract, and change management and communication skills
