10+ years in enablement, L&D, PMM, or related roles across customer-facing functions.
5+ years managing globally distributed teams.
5+ years in SaaS with scale GTM orgs; cloud-native platform preferred.
Strong coaching, stakeholder mgmt, and cross-functional influence.
Fluent with enablement tech: content platforms, LMS, CI tools; AI experience a plus.
