📋 Description

• Senior Manager – GIC Operations & Strategy leading Hyderabad GIC operations and strategic
• Own governance, executive programmes, and site expansion, aligning with MD and senior leadership.
• Drive AI reusability, cross-team collaboration, and measurable outcomes across engineering
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with global stakeholders and enable functions to scale the
• Oversee office expansion, budget, risk, and multi-location resilience planning.
• Plan and deliver executive events and MD-level support, including travel and briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience 10–14 years in GIC/shared services/IT operations management, with at least 3 years in
• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• Proven track record managing large-scale operational or infrastructure projects and
• Experience with engineering leadership in global tech environments.
• Skills: Communication, Programme/project management, operational data fluency, collaboration
