📋 Description

• Lead global payroll across 18 countries to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, HR, Benefits, and Equity teams.
• Scale global payroll operations in a fast-growing technology company.
• Define and execute a payroll automation roadmap and system improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional employee experience while maintaining compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership (US + international).
• Leadership of globally dispersed teams (5+ people).
• Strong compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
• CPP or global payroll certification; SOX awareness.
• UKG and CloudPay proficiency; Smartsheets, Google Sheets.
• Public-company equity knowledge (RSUs/ESPP) preferred.
