Director, Global Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead Nexthink’s global procurement function with focus on indirect spend
• Define and execute procurement strategy, operating model and multi-year roadmap
• Develop category management across Software/SaaS, Cloud, Technology, Professional Services
• Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance with senior stakeholders
• Drive cost optimization, savings, and value through strategic sourcing
• Build and coach a high-performing procurement team and governance processes

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Procurement, Sourcing or Category Management, preferably SaaS/tech
• Global indirect categories leadership and complex negotiations
• Experience developing Category Managers and high-performing teams
• Executive presence, C-suite influencing skills
• Strong analytical/financial acumen; ERP/NetSuite experience desirable
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
