📋 Description

Lead hardware engineering for Cricut products
Develop and mentor high-performing teams
Set priorities across projects and manage risks
Collaborate with ID, UX, Product, SW, and others
Oversee prototyping to mass production

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Strong hands-on management of large teams
5+ years PM experience in product development
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with MS Project and MS Excel; Minitab desirable
Knowledge of SPC methods and DoEs (CPKs, T-Tests, X-Bar/R)
