• Lead complex specialty pharmacy implementation engagements with health systems
• Partner with C-suite to align operational, clinical, and strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in consulting, transformation, or healthcare operations
• Proven success leading large client engagements with executives
• Experience managing multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; ability to present insights with credibility
• Willingness to travel ~50%
